Established in 1973 as a private architectural practice, Engman Architecture has since completed a variety of projects ranging from the design and fabrication of new and remodeled residences and floating homes to commercial retail and office complexes. Among our scope of services we offer outdoor recreation areas, decks, kitchens, baths, cabinetry and furnishings. Our focus is on quality, detailed design, and construction. In addition we offer land-use studies, site planning, parcel lot line reconfigurations, parcel subdivisions and easements. Over the years we have developed strong contacts and can assist in the bidding and selection process of independent general contractors, subcontractors, and specialized skills professionals.
